DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification. The counter-notification must include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its location prior to removal, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Learningstech reserves the right to terminate access or block access to users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
